I think we can all agree the past couple of years have been a whirlwind. Many people have had some serious ups and downs. Now is the time to reflect on the past year, give gratitude for the good, and move on from the bad.

As I sit and scroll through this past year of photos on my phone, I am happy and very grateful for my life. This past year has been filled with adventures and fun times.

There was delicious food:

Halloween dress up & ghost town adventures:

Lots of fishing:

Retaining wall fence building:

A brand new camper we bought — so many fun adventures:

Also, I had a somewhat successful plant season — only 1 casualty:

I haven’t set a New Years Resolution for myself in YEARS, instead I prefer to pick approximately 5 things I want to accomplish during the year.

Some years my list has been STUPID long, but I will say some of the things I write down may not take much time – perhaps just one weekend of focus – but if I don’t write it down… I’ll forget.

This year my list includes:

  1. Create (hopefully) 3 online continuing education courses for bodyworkers/health care professionals.
  2. Workout (at least) 3 times a week.
  3. Renovate the front room of our house.
  4. Tear down and build a new privacy fence for my mom’s patio.
  5. Learn about money & investing, and start to do it!
  6. Gradually grow a decent at-home gym in my basement.
  7. Solidify my work schedule.

What are some things you want to do, or improve for 2022? Let me know! I’d love to help you on your journey.

Happy New Year! Take care,

xoxo Amy
